Mentorship with Jess is a unique healing blend that includes quantum healing and intuitive guidance, as well as somatic, body-centered shifts that aid in a quicker transformative process.

Each mentee is unique, and our work will be catered to your personal journey, and meant to be quickly transformative.

Jess considers herself an “Embodied Alchemist” bringing new energy to your life to clear stuck patterns and energy that you could not do through the thinking/logical mind alone.

Sessions may include intuitive counseling and therapeutic embodiment practices, as well as homework, to assist you in accessing your highest potential and accountability.

Mentorship is designed for those who are truly ready to make lasting changes in their OUTER reality, break stuck patterns, and re-write their personal narratives, and become responsible creators of their reality.

Jessica Maitri is an LCSW clinical therapist, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, Tantric Breathwork practitioner and intuitive energy healer. She blends both eastern and western therapeutic approaches to embodied wellness. Her training in both western psychology and eastern embodiment practices inform her work with groups and individuals, through her therapeutic modality: The Yothera Method.

Jessica's work invites individuals deeply into the present moment, to re-write their old stories of the mind, into their true story of innocence through the body and intuition.

Pre-requisite: Must be actively engaged in the Yothera Method, or willing to work through the self-study course simultaneously. More on this self-study course here.

Personal Mentorship Package options:

- 3 sessions (to be used within a 3-month period)

Investment: $564.00 (or $188/month for 3 months)

- 6 sessions (to be used within a 6-month period)

Investment: $1,111.00 (or $185/month for 6 months)

- 12 sessions (to be used within a 12-month period)

Investment: $1,800.00 (or $150/month for 12 months)

**All sessions are 1-hour, virtual via Zoom. Once you send in your request for mentorship, Jess will contact you directly to get scheduled.

** Mentorship sessions are separate from insurance/therapy sessions. Though I am a licensed therapist, I would not be acting as your therapist.

**Cancellation policy includes no refunds less than 72 hours before the scheduled session. Appointments rescheduled before 72 hours will be honored. Package expires after the 3 or 6 months of purchase, and reschedules will only be honored within the time period of the original purchase.
